These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Find My Circle, including our mobile application, website, and related services. By using Find My Circle, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. What Find My Circle is
Find My Circle is a technology platform designed to help users connect with other users for service requests, service offers, communities, and local events.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Find My Circle does not itself provide the services listed by users, does not employ independent service providers, and is not a party to agreements made directly between users.
2. User-to-user services
Requesters and providers are responsible for deciding whether to interact with each other and for agreeing between themselves on the scope of a service, timing, location, price, payment method, quality expectations, cancellations, and any other terms of their arrangement.
Find My Circle does not guarantee the identity, background, qualifications, licensing, availability, suitability, conduct, performance, safety, legality, or quality of any user or service unless we expressly state otherwise for a specific feature.
3. User disputes
Disputes arising from a user-to-user service or interaction are primarily between the users involved. Find My Circle may, but is not generally obligated to, provide reporting tools, review platform records, restrict accounts, remove content, or take other reasonable platform actions where appropriate.
Users remain responsible for resolving contractual, payment, quality, property, personal, or other disputes directly with each other and, where necessary, through the appropriate legal or regulatory channels.
4. Safety and responsible use
Users must use reasonable judgment and take appropriate precautions when interacting with others, including when meeting in person.
- Do not engage in harassment, threats, violence, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity.
- Do not provide false or misleading information about yourself, your services, qualifications, or events.
- Comply with applicable laws, licensing rules, professional requirements, and safety obligations.
- Do not use the platform to arrange prohibited or unlawful services or activities.
5. Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for maintaining the security of their credentials and devices. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Communities and events
Event organizers are responsible for the events they create, including descriptions, locations, participation rules, capacity, timing, and lawful operation. Participants are responsible for deciding whether an event is suitable for them.
Find My Circle may provide age or gender eligibility controls based on information supplied by users. Such controls are platform features and do not constitute verification, supervision, or a guarantee of participant identity or safety.
7. Ratings, reviews, and user content
Users may be able to submit ratings, reviews, messages, profile information, requests, offers, event content, and other material. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or intentionally misleading content.
Ratings and reviews represent user opinions and do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by Find My Circle.
8. Platform moderation
We may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect users, the platform, third parties, or legal compliance.
9. Payments
Unless and until Find My Circle introduces an in-app payment feature under separate terms, any payment agreed between users is arranged directly between those users. Find My Circle is not responsible for collecting, holding, refunding, or guaranteeing such payments.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security needs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Find My Circle is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, disputes, failures, delays, poor workmanship, misconduct, property damage, or other consequences caused by independent users or by agreements made between users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. No guarantee
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every request will receive an offer, that every provider will be suitable, that every event will proceed, or that information supplied by users will always be complete or accurate.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, create safety or security risks, abuse the platform, violate applicable law, or harm other users or the integrity of Find My Circle.
15. Governing law and disputes
The final governing-law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution provisions will be confirmed before public launch based on the legal entity operating Find My Circle and the markets in which the service is offered.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated effective date.
